Recent Activities
BRTA's activities are continuing with the aim of socio-economic development of the country by developing a digital, sustainable, safe, orderly, environment-friendly and modern road transport system. DRC issuance of 1.49 lakh motor vehicles, 63 thousand 110 fitness certificate issuance and renewal, 1.97 lakh smart card driving license issuance and renewal by BRTA as part of modern and digital motor vehicle management and control system in the last 3 (three) financial years. Addition of 1.64 lakh retro-reflective numberplates and RFID tags And various services related to motor vehicles have been provided. A total of 20 thousand 40 professional motorists have been given skill and awareness training on road safety and 2901 mobile courts have been conducted in the 3 (three) financial years mentioned for the purpose of strengthening road safety. Immediate learner driving license issuance, fitness renewal from any circle with 2 (two) years fitness for non-hire driven motorcars, jeeps and microbuses through online application from last financial year 2019-20.
